Your function

• As team leader, you are responsible for the daily coordination of the work to ensure that agreements with customers are met.
• You are the point of contact for the mechanics and can support and guide them technically, but also in terms of customer orientation.
• You ensure that employees comply with quality and safety standards.
• You fix minor malfunctions in the work process and notify the Workshop Manager of any malfunction that endangers the work.
• You perform simple administrative tasks.

Your profile

• You are professional, punctual, sociable, stress-resistant and have a good sense of responsibility.
• You have a higher degree in car mechanics or equivalent experience.
• You have knowledge of truck maintenance and have had your first relevant experience.
• A CE driving licence is a plus but not a requirement.
• You speak both Dutch and French.
