Together with its customers, FUSO has gained valuable experience over the past five years with the first eCanter in the field of eMobility. Some of the largest and most important logistics companies in Europe have trusted FUSO from the beginning and rely daily on the locally emissions-free, fully electric light truck for city deliveries. The eCanter has already been successfully launched in 13 European markets.
More choice, 42 variants in total
With the introduction of the Next Generation eCanter as a production model, FUSO offers the largest eTruck portfolio within Daimler Truck AG. The total of 42 combination variants consists of 4 weight classes, 6 wheelbases, 2 cabs, and 3 battery packs. This means that the Next Generation eCanter has a suitable configuration for nearly all customer requirements.
Go further, with a range of up to 200 km
Depending on the installation space, determined by tonnage and wheelbase, FUSO equips the Next Generation eCanter with different battery packs. The S package offers a range of up to 70 km per charge. The M package allows for up to 140 km per charge, and the L package offers up to 200 km.
Charge anywhere, AC and DC compatible
Unlike other electric trucks, the Next Generation eCanter is also compatible with the more cost-effective AC charging technology (alternating current) and does not necessarily require a more expensive DC charging station (fast charging). The charging capacity for AC charging is 11 kW (S-battery) or 22 kW (M and L batteries). Customers can order the corresponding Siemens wallbox directly from their FUSO dealer.
